- Not delivered product:
- If the product is paid by credit card, then delivered free of charge.
- Defective product:
Replacement within 30 days of purchase. The buyer pays only for the shipping cost of the defective product. - Orders through illegal credit card ownership by a third party other than the legitimate owner and therefore cheating the enterprise:
